Being a dog parent, you know it by now that chewing and playing are natural canine behaviors.  Often some dogs tend to chew or play more than the others. However, proper toys are essential for each dog. Did you know behavior problems develop when dogs do not get the proper outlets to channel their energy and instincts?

What kinds of toys are best for your pup?

Visit the best pet shop in Ludhiana and you will understand that the toy options are nearly endless.  Choosing the perfect toys for your dog is an overwhelming process. Some owners end up with a heap of dog toys piled up in their living room but anyone of those hardly interests their dogs. Don’t be one of them.

How do you actually choose toys that your pooch will actually love?

A dog’s toy preference mainly depends on her personal style of chewing and playing. In the initial days of parenting, it would be difficult for you to understand your pup’s preferences.  You can bring a few different toys and watch out for her favorite(s).

We, at the Corona pet shop, have been serving different dog breeds with different dog toys for over a few decades now. Use our guidebook to choose the best toys for your rover.

Balls

Balls are the must-have toys for dogs. Almost every single dog loves to play fetch with balls. You will get a variety of ball toys and these are so pretty that you will want to play some too, LOL.

Pick up anything from basic rubber ball or tennis ball to flashing-light balls and glow-in-the-dark balls. Many balls contain a brownie point- that is squeaker!

Flying disks

Ah, the image of a dog playing with a flying disk is just something so familiar. The flying disk is an ancient dog toy but still,it’s so in demand till date. No matter what type of breed you have got, your champ would love to play fetch with even blindfolds on. Also, a flying disk is a bit more versatile when it comes to fetching as you can control the speed of the disc because of its shape and throwing style. Also, you can change the disc’s direction while throwing. It will further challenge your dog to burn out its energy.

Plush toys

Some dogs totally adore plush toys. Give one to your pooch and she will either carry it around like her baby or tear it apart like her prey. But don’t worry; she is having so much fun either way. Stuffed toys usually contain squeakers and some kind of stuffing.

Disclaimer: It’s very important to remember that all toys can become a risk if your dog swallows some parts of these (or even the whole toy). Besides, frayed and sharp objects can lead to major injuries. No matter what, you have to supervise your pooch while it’s playing.  If your happy dog rolls on dirt and mud while playing in the outdoors, there are high-quality pet grooming accessories to clean her off.
